Whap, what a whopper!*  It doesn’t take a political science major to realize that Boehner has made a mistake. Thing is, he’s pulled a boner, but why does his name sound so much like what he has done?  Of course, he’s not the first one with a name that resembled his actions.  Representatives Doolittle and Delay were two conservatives who voted to delay taking action on global warming. There’s an Ed Page who works in publishing; a fellow named Compost wrote a book on Rain forests.  If you went to the right college you might take a course on legal studies from a guy name Mr. Rule–no joke. Of course, Tiger Woods was ferocious when it came to using his wood iron on the golf course and then again his woody in the bed room. Conversely, Herschel Walker was a famous runner and Mr. Crapper,  who carried his name throughout his life, did much to forward the popularity of the place where people might leave one.  Still, there’s little doubt that Boehner will come up on the short end of the stick when this fiasco of a political buffoonery is over.

It all very simple. Get a grip Boehner–your party lost the past two  Presidential elections; Obama’s Health care bill has been signed into law. Less than 30% of people polled in America approve of your current shut down of Washington and attack on our Nation’s worldwide credit rating…You may call it a slow down, but here’s the real low down: all your party is doing now is losing the next two Presidential elections…congrats on that!

I had to laugh reading a recent article that spent every word it could muster trying to explain that even though the Congress had passed the new National Healthcare bill into law, and  the President had also signed this bill into law,  it still wasn’t ‘really’ a law since it didn’t read like one! Ha! Here’s a tip: a cow with spots is still a cow, dung head. Really, the Republican agenda PR teams have contorted  logic enough to justify the legalization of moon shine. Who wouldn’t need a stiff one, huh Boener, after trying to follow all the misleading, inept justifications the Republican party is trying to pass off as excuses for their party’s actions.

Bar none, this blatant obstructionism by the Tea Party members in Washington and those who support their whining is the worst move a losing political party could make. From the get-go, there was never a chance that the Republicans could defeat The National Healthcare Bill once it had been signed into law. All they had left from the beginning of this show of crap was hopes of chipping away at Social Security benefits, pensions and other social services. Therein lies the rub-this was the Republican’s intention all along. As it has been since the beginning of Social Security legislation the Republicans want to dismantle it. There’s no pension the Republican party wouldn’t shoot to kill but for their own. Social services are projected to be eye sores of government spending by the party members of the right who consistently vote themselves raises, retain their own pension systems, their own healthcare benefits and retirement guards, protections and well-being.

The Republican party has become the party of hog-wash. And Boehner can’t stop pulling a boner in Washington. There isn’t an ocean deep enough to wash off the dirt the Republicans insist on rubbing onto their faces today.  That’s the silver lining in all of this mess-say hello to the next Democratic President. Thanks Boehner-your’e a swell guy after all.

For now, it might seem these radical conservative tea party members and the Republicans are holding America hostage, but this really adds up to the fact that they’ve put their own party in a place no party should ever go–they bet on a losing hand. It won’t be the American economy that goes down the drain; Republicans will enjoy the dance for now, but swimming in the political sewer of the aftermath? Not so much…
